  • Transpersonal Psychology is based in the belief that we have access to an all-knowing source, a higher self, and a collective unconscious. One definition of the word transpersonal is: of, denoting, or dealing with states or areas of consciousness beyond the limits of personal identity.

This approach presumes that the self can exist beyond the identity of the Ego and considers the whole person including the Soul.

  • This modality isn’t for everyone and it requires some understanding of what the work entails. It is not recommended for people with unresolved trauma like PTSD, clinical depression and anxiety, or people with borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia and all other serious mental disorders.

People with PTSD, anxiety or depression that have already worked with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist can try this modality with a referral from their therapist.

  • Charles Tebbett, who is a hypnotherapy legend, said: “All hypnosis is self-hypnosis”. The hypnosis practitioner is only guiding the client through the hypnotic state, which begins with relaxing the body a lot in order to bring the executive, conscious mind to the back of the show while bringing the subconscious mind to the front.

What you will feel is a very relaxed state where information simply unfolds without effort. You will be in control at all times, hopefully without the inner chatter, where we get to work directly with the Self, the Soul, which has the answers to everything about you.

  • It means you will be the one deciding what you want to work on and how you want to feel after the session.

You decide what limiting beliefs you want to release and what you want to replace them with.

As a practitioner I will only hold space and guide you through the session for you to heal yourself.

  • Depends on the session and on the client. In general, IFS Sessions and Soul Connection Sessions are between 60 to 90 minutes, Past Life Regressions are between 2 to 3 hours long.

  • The price of the session has to do with the discovery, exploration and healing work that happens during a session, this sometimes happens faster than expected. That said, I don’t consider the work to have a specific value per minute. In the case of the session having to end early because of my own needs, then we can discuss on a way that is fair for the client.

  • Although it hasn’t happened yet, I do offer refunds on a case by case basis. This type of work requires a 10/10 commitment from the coach AND the client.

If for any reason you feel dissatisfied with my performance, we can discuss the reasons and figure out a satisfying solution for you.
